4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Solicit or generate prohibited content, including but not limited to illegal activities, hate speech, violence, sexual exploitation, or harassment.
• Attempt to circumvent security, moderation filters, or content restrictions.
• Upload, share, or distribute any non-AI-generated content to public areas of the Site.
• Copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by FreeGF.ai Inc. or its licensors. AI-generated outputs you receive are generally yours to use, provided you do not violate these Terms or third-party rights. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary material without permission.

7. Content Moderation

All AI-generated and user interactions are subject to our Content Moderation Policy. We reserve the right to block, remove, or review content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate; do not rely on it as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the past three months, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeGF.ai Inc. and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless local law requires otherwise.
