Credits purchases

We sell digital credits for use with FreeGF.ai. Credits are delivered electronically and consumed as you use the service. There is no physical product to return.

When we issue a refund

You may request a full refund of a credits purchase if you have used less than 50% of the credits from that purchase. We verify usage in our records before approving a refund.

Eligibility threshold

Refunds apply only when verified usage for that purchase is below 50% of the credits bought. Purchases at or above 50% usage are not eligible under this policy.

When we do not refund

We generally do not refund purchases where 50% or more of the purchased credits have been used. We may also decline refunds where we find abuse, chargebacks filed outside this process, or violations of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email help@freegf.ai with:

  • The email address on your account
  • Approximate date of the purchase
  • Package or amount purchased (if known)
  • A short note that you are requesting a refund under this policy

We aim to confirm eligibility and respond within 5–10 business days.

Payment method and timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. Timing after we approve a refund depends on your bank, card network, or payment provider.

After a refund is approved

We may adjust or remove credits tied to the refunded purchase so they cannot be used after the refund is completed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page when you submit a request applies to that request.
